Qualcomm, Nokia to consolidate cases in Del. court (San Diego Union-Tribune)

Qualcomm and Nokia will consolidate much of their intercontinental legal dispute into a Delaware federal court, Qualcomm said yesterday. The possible break in the legal logjam was disclosed after the U.S. International Trade Commission said it will let stand a decision that Nokia did not infringe on four Qualcomm patents.
